    I am using it as instructed but not finding a difference. Therefore it may be something else and not uric acid. The tablets have worked for my uric acid but my knees are still extremely painful and at times find it difficult to move around.

Directions

Apply a fingernail amount of cream to the affected area and start by gently massaging around the joint. Slowly increase pressure if possible. Repeat as needed no more than 4 times per day.
