Delivery Costs
Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible.
The table below should be used as an approximate guide to delivery times, however no guarantees can be made because we are at the mercy of courier schedules and any unexpected delays they may face.
All orders are fulfilled from our Auckland distribution centre.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
“Business Day 1” is the first business day after your order has been picked up, a standard set by the courier companies.

Orders will be delivered faster within city centres, and will take longer the more remote your delivery address is. All timeframes are a target, not a guarantee.

Order Processing/Dispatch Time
If you order before 1PM AEDT Monday – Friday, your order will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.
Orders placed after the same day dispatch cutoff time will be processed the next business day.
Orders on FedEx and DHL services need to be placed before 12PM AEST for same day dispatch.
Delivery Company
We use a combination of New Zealand Post, Australia Post, DHL and FedEx.
They’re the most reliable and fastest courier companies in Australia which means your order will arrive quickly and safely.
Discreet Delivery
All packages are sent in discreet packaging with no reference to Uricah. The “from” address on the parcel will be our parent company, Online Retail Brands.
Notifications
After you’ve placed your order, you will receive an email confirming the details.
When we’ve processed your order you will receive another email with the tracking number and courier information.
Track Your Order
You’ll get a tracking number for every order which you can use to track your order every step of the way until it arrives on your doorstep!
