    I only use the cream at night time ,i apply it to my knee which it gives me some relief , only concern i have is the price , you suggest using it 4 times a day .The jar wouldn`t last a week and would end up being very expensive over a period of time ,
    Increase the jar size and keep the price reasonable you might be on to something .

    My husband finds it helps a lot this is the second jar and the lids on both have cracks running right down the side doesnโ€™t close properly so need to put it in another container was hoping second one wouldnโ€™t be the same ? donโ€™t know why this is.

Directions

Apply a fingernail amount of cream to the affected area and start by gently massaging around the joint. Slowly increase pressure if possible. Repeat as needed no more than 4 times per day.
